We carefully pack every order from the Far North of New Zealand and aim to get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, product launches, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship throughout New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Please note that rural deliveries may take longer.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur that are outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, and peak shipping periods.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
